Between 45 and 46, is it an edit or another name?

I'm uncertain what the writing between 45 & 46 is for--either an edit, which seems strange for the original to appears to be 1874.

Please let me know if I should be going to the German community page rather than the indexing page. I'm confused on this point.

Thanks, Elaine

I can't figure out what it is (WHY don't shared batches have reference images?), but I think it's safe to ignore it for indexing/reviewing.
