Profile Picture Sizing

We need to have more control to adjust the size and visible area in Profile Pictures. I am particular about the size of the head and shoulders in the Profile Picture. I tried to adjust it for my father. The only control I seemed to have is the + or -. This made large differences in magnification in the picture. Either the photo was too small showing too much of the body, or too close showing none of the shoulders and cutting around too tight around the hair.

I want all of my photos standardized so they show the hair and a little of the shoulders. I need more control so I can do this quickly. We need fine-tune controls so it will be just right in Picture Pedigrees.

It was terribly hard to find any way to give feedback
