I am doing indexing, it says I have 3 batch's to do but I only showing 2 on my list? it will not let

To delete blank entries (and to submit batches), do the following:

Locate and click on the trash can icon on your toolbar.

This dialog box will appear. The default setting "The current entry (Entry X)". If you are completely done with your batch, click on "All blank entries", then click Delete. Note that this will only delete blank entries, so if you have something like a random 2 on the next entry, you will have to go the next entry and select "The current entry".
