Source Detail, etc.
This is actually an old idea; one you used to use and gave up in favour of something noisier and labour-intensive. It used to be that source detail came in a block that could be copied and pasted into my database, after a small cleanup removing white space (all records) and adding commas, in particular in census records, leaving a result such as:
All source detail on other types of records have now had the colons removed so they have to be put back in. It's painfully labour-intensive too.
Everything I've seen of changes starting with this one have made what used to be intuitive and user-friendly now problematic.
This includes the page for correcting records; oftentimes locations are wrong and there's nowhere I can see to fix them. I've done hundreds but have now given up.
The source linker was fine the way it was.
The recent font-type change is not an improvement. In fact, it's quite hard to look at.
The login screen used to be fine; now it makes me log in again every time I close my browser.
My overall suggestion: Stop 'fixing' things that aren't broken and breaking them.

I apologize for some of my complaints. I found a way to download what I was looking for under Save/Copy Full Record. Thanks!
