Add "Search by Name" to "Completed" list in Ordinances Ready

Please add a feature that allows one to "Search by Name" in the "Completed" list in OrdinancesReady, similar to the same facility in "My Reservations".

It would be very handy. I have several pages of completed ordinances and this feature would save me a lot of time scrolling down through all the pages.
