What is the URL (web address) you are trying to access when you see that error page?

Hmm. It worked OK for me. Eventually. The page took much longer than others to open/fill-in and seemed to reset/start again a couple of times. But got there in the end.

Yesterday was quite slow. I worked only in Ancestsry. When a system is glitching I always hope for the positive and think that they are fixing bugs or adding new features. LOL.

@Roy8404 It also works for me. The message refers to where you are or where the system thinks you are.

Have you tried accessing any other detail page in the FSFT?

Yeah, I have. It also brings up the same error

After some further testing, It's most likely something with my network, I tested it with a different network from a different country and it worked flawlessly.

And if your are wondering, Yes I am the oringal poster, I tested a different account as part of my troubleshooting the error

If you are using a VPN, the FS system may think you are in one of the countries/regions with restricted access. Or, if you are traveling and not accessing from your usual location.

Aright. I have finally sovled it, I managed to get it working on a VPN connection which means my issue was a network one.

I will see what I can do later with the network stuff
