I know how to find help for blind users of FamilySearch but are there other helps for other categories of handicapped users of FamilySearch. I know this is a broad question, but I have been asked this question and would like an answer.

I assume you are talking about Windows Narrator that reads the text on the screen for blind individuals?

There are some visual differences that you can turn on and off for visually-impaired individuals, like the Dark Mode on the Family Tree:

and the High Contrast Mode on a Person Page:

I don't know of any helps other than those three items. If you are looking for something specific, please let us know and we'll see what we can find out.
