give us the ability to search for exact year

Put a box to the right of the year range so we can search for an exact year or an exact year range when search for people in the trees.

@Jay Bosshardt A semi-workaround is to use the filters at the top after the initial search has been done. Filters for Birth, Death and Residence allow you to filter by location, but also by decade (it doesn't narrow it down to specific year though).
