Is there any way you can send out a notice when the portals are down, they are working on an update or issue, the system crashed, etc.?

It would be helpful not having to call and stay on the line for a half hour only to not receive any updated information. We tried several ways such as restarting and following the instructions on setting them up again and again.

It looks like someone asked a question hours ago and there is no response. This small suggestion will help us directors sound like we know what is going on rather than being in the dark like we usually have been the majority of the time.

Thank you!!

I am not connected with FamilySearch.

If Townsville is Townsville Australia, I have read in the past you need to contact support for the Pacific area
