How do I find a Naturalization Petition or Certificate from Naturalization Index Card numbers?

Relative - Karl Kennedy

On FamilySearch, I found a Naturalization an Index card. See attached from Ancestry.com.

How do I look for the Naturalization Petition or Certificate. Also, I am concerned that the "Cert. No" below is difficult to decipher.

    I would ask the question in the United States Federal Records group. Click on Community Home, then Groups, then search Federal Records.
