Why do I keep getting locked out of my account?

I will be using Family Search and after about 30 minutes I will get locked out, the error messages says your security team is locking me out? Am I doing something wrong? I have been a member for quite a few years and this has only started to happen within the last few weeks.

    What kind of error message do you see?

    Are you using the App or are using the website?

    If you are on the website, have you tried accessing with a different browser?

    Have you tried the basics like clearing cache and cookies, making sure your browser is up to date, trying on a different browser?

    Yes, cleared cache, history and cookies. Browser is also up to date
