I had my parents baptized. I actually was proxy for my mother? How do I know if I have a member account?

In the upper right corner of any FamilySearch page click on your Account Name and choose Settings.

Go to the Account Tab and go to the very bottom of that page.

If you have a member account, you will see:

You can choose whether or not to see the temple portions of Family Tree by moving the slider back and forth.

If you do not have a member account, you will see this:

If for some reason when you set up your account you did not get your membership record associated with it, you can fix that by clicking that "add" button and putting in your membership record number which you can get from your ward clerk or in the Tools app.

If you try this and get a message that that number is already in use, that means you have accidentally set up two accounts and will have to contact the help desk by clicking on the help icon and choosing Contact Us to recover the member account you have forgotten about.

Easy to tell if you have a member account is if you see the temple tab on the top of the page when viewing a persons profile or when on a pedigree chart. Did you add your membership number when you created your FamilySearch account? Do you maybe have 2 accounts?

Maybe this help article will help you add a membership number if that is what is needed. https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-add-my-membership-record-number-mrn

If you happen to have 2 accounts you will need to figure out which is attached to your membership number, that might require a phone call to the FamilySearch help line since those things are handled best that way.
