    Yeah, marks/Xs generally mean the people were illiterate. (I don't think the text explicitly says one way or the other, but there are some words that I'm kind of interpolating around. I know I got the basic sense of it correct, but don't quote me on the specifics. 😀)

    Today the twenty-fifth of the month of September in the year one thousand seven hundred and fifty two, after three proclamations were made in this church and no impediments were detected, by mutual consent were married before the church in Berghaupt~:

    Joannes Schappacher son of Joannes Schappacher farmer and of Maria Eva Benz(?) and

    Anna Maria Geppert widow of the late Christian Buss miller, both residents of Berghaupten.

    Witnesses: Josephus Lieber local provost of Berghaupt~, Josephus Geppert farmer, Joannes Schappacher farmer, Jacobus Schappacher son of Joannes Schappacher, Franciscus Geppert son of Josephus Geppert aldermen, all residents of Berghaupten, who all declared their agreement and made their marks before me.

    I didn't bother trying to transcribe the names a second time, but otherwise, yes, that includes the second page, and yes, the Xs are their marks.
