What to do if a pedigree connection does not give permission to be in the group?

This situation needs to be discussed in instructions somewhere with directions on how to handle this:

If I have asked my cousin and his wife for permission to include their information in the shared group and they said they do not want any of their information there. However, their daughter does want her information there and wants to be part of the group.

Does she get shared into the tree not connected to the the rest of the pedigree? Do I create blank living profiles containing just "Person A" and "Person B" as names for her parents so she can get connected to the rest of the shared tree?
