Any one can help? this is one of the branch member who tried to enter his MRN to see the Temple icon, I tried to follow the intruction but no avail.
@GocotanoJunmarTaliador1 Hi. The message means exactly what it says. This member already has an account with his membership number. You will need to help him recover his account. If you have followed the steps to recover his account and are not able to recover his account then you need to contact support
To reach support click on the help icon (circle with question mark) at the upper right After clicking that choose contact us, select your region, select the contact option needed. If you are in North America you call 1-800-406-1830. The account must be available when contacting support.
