This record states,.... "Still born child of "mothers' name"...., how should I record this data?, when Indexing info required is "Deceased's Given Names" and "Deceased's Surname".

You should mark the deceased's Given and Surnames blank using Ctrl + B and then fill in the remaining data.

There are more instructions in the Field Helps which you can access by clicking on the purple question mark that appears when you click on the field. I believe when you click on the Given Name Field Help, you will see this same instruction.
