I would to add my wife into family search as Add Spouse by using her ID Number, but i can't find it
what can i do ? I don't want to add her by using [ BY NAME ] but i desire use [ BY ID NUMBER]

Is this your wife's ID number from her own account? That would be private, only visible to her. The FamilySearch Family Tree only allows the profiles of the living to be viewed by the person who created them.
You would create a profile for your wife, in your account, and it will be only in your private space. No one else can see it, and you don't need to add any details to it, since it will be protected from viewing by anyone else.
