    I was told

    "The instructions read:

    • Index all birth records.
    • Mark all other images in Step 1: Images as No, No Extractable Data.

But, If there is an entire DGS where all the images are the wrong record type, then we need to know. But they should be marked as NED."

Found the same. The data is extractable however it is marriage, not birth records

I assume from the instructions given they should be marked No, no extractable data in step 1 and sent back.

    The instructions read:

    • Index all birth records.
    • Mark all other images in Step 1: Images as  No, No Extractable Data.

I assume they will be picked up in another project.

    Hope this helps.🙂

@Maile L -- Suddenly the Virginia Birth Records contain Marriage Registers - I have just returned 3 batches NNED -- seems like this project should be pulled and checked by FS staff
