The baptismal record is located here: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:HWD2-8FT2. Her father is listed as Rafael Manzanares and this is incorrect. Her father's name is Antonio Eunofre Manzanares. Rafael was his brother. Antonio Eunofre can be found under his id: MHLT-7KX. You will find his marriage record on his record as he was married to Maria Alta de Gracia Martin under her id: MHLT-7KR. These individuals should be listed as the parents of Maria Antonio Manzanares under her id: MR3K-8DW. Her grandparents' names are correct for both Paternal and Materna. Remember Rafael is listed but he was the brother of Antonio Euonfre.

Until or unless FamilySearch's index correction function is extended to this collection, you'll just have to console yourself with the fact that despite the error, the index served its purpose: you found the record. (It's on image 201 if I'm deciphering things correctly: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-L9DX-D9VR?i=200&cc=2341907.)

It is Image 201, and I even endured visiting through Images to see if it might editable there, but it is not, yet. It is a difficult read, and I think the indexer may be forgiven.
