Fix standardized locations when entering through Couple Relationship (e.g., marriage location)

Very frequently, when I enter a standardized location (location symbol shows up) in the Couple Relationship window, I still get a "non-standard location" error when I get back out to the Details page. Even though the text is accurate, I have to go in and re-select the location to get the error to disappear. This seems to be a systematic issue.
