born 1/6/1897. death 7/6/1964

she moved to Minneapolis

and has another record shown as

Louis C Kramolisch

I don't know how to tell someone e to combine the records

This is my wife's Grand Mother so I am sure of my information

    I assume you are referring to her having two profiles in Family Tree. Family Tree is a wiki-style single tree that we all work on together. Since you are sure of your information, then you are the best one to merge these two.
