Thanks for your help, Ctrl+P did the trick. I've used Windows for years but I'm definitely not a pro.

@Dick Moyer Yes currently - for members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints there is the ability to add the built-in Label: Temple 110 -Year Rule (click on 3-dot menu next to person in the Following list) - and a corresponding filter (in Options) to sort/print the list. Once the list is visible it's just a matter of printing (to file/paper). Interestingly the print option in Android Chrome is a bit hidden - in the Share menu drag the options to the right to view print option.

Thank you. I can see the list of 307 people, but how do I save the list to a file? I am worried that FamilySearch will change things and I will lose the list.

The answer depends on your system/browser and the print options you have installed.
Windows: Ctrl+P print shortcut keys may bring up the print dialog. In the print to area - you want to select an option to print to a file type - PDF seems to be a popular option (I think Chrome browser has this option built-in - if not you may need to install a 'printtoPDF' driver/option). Once that printer (print to file) option is selected and you select/see how many pages (in the print preview) - go ahead and print. The file will be saved to the location configured by print setting options.
