Helping a brother with the correct login information, but the system tells him it is not

A brother has the correct record number and birth date, but the system tells him that the two do not match. How can I help him? He is scheduled to go to the Johannesburg Temple soon. He wants to take the names of ancestors.

    Account issues must be resolved by a phone call to FamilySearch. The brother must be present during the call to receive the required help. Please use our toll free number: 866-406-1830. Our hours are: Monday - Saturday from 8 A.M. to 8 P.M., and Sunday 1 P.M. - 8 P.M. Mountain Standard Time.
