Click Tree and get Internal Error
Perhaps you are aware that when we log into FamilySearch and click Tree that it goes to "internal error". Sometimes if I keep trying repeatedly, it will go to the pedigree view, but usually I have to click on recents and get to a person and then try to go to tree from there. If this is not a problem on your end, can you help me fix it on my end? Thank you very much!
I should mention that I am noticing this when I am acting as a helper.

Thank you for asking your question .I have checked my own tree and had no problems .I also went in as a helper and it worked fine.
Here are a few things that could help you.
Shut down your computer wait 5 mins and then restart.
Refresh your screen
Clear your FamilySearch cookies
