Dear Friends at FamilySearch,

For a class that I will teach, I have followed through the steps for how a parent can give permission for their children ages 8-12 to sign up for FamilySearch.

In the section "How to Revoke Consent" it says "click the following link to contact FamilySearch Account Support." I clicked on FamilySearch Account Support but it did not link me to the email address for FamilySearch Account Support. Where should I click please to be linked to FamilySearch Account Support? Thank you very much for your assistance.

Sincerely yours,

If you click on Contact Us in the Help popup, you can choose your location to get place-specific support.

For the United States, the link is https://www.familysearch.org/en/fieldops/united-states-and-canada-contact-us. If you scroll about halfway down the page, "Email Support: nasupport@familysearch.org" is listed. I hope that helps.
