two account in one membership record

I could not access temple ordinances because of membership record is invalid.

I already talked to the ward clerk but until now no resolve. Can you please help me?

I used to had old account but forgot password then i made new one so there is a conflict now .

Hi Roxanne - Welcome to FamilySearch Community and asking you question about your accounts. Yes, you have 2 accounts. You can call the help line at 866-406-1830 between 8am and 8pm MT M thru Sat or Sunday 1pm and 8pm MT. Or you can do it yourself by clicking on forgot my username on the sign in page, selecting to recover by email and following the instructions. When you receive the email, it will contain the usernames for both accounts and you can choose the one you want to reset the password. See the link for more detail.
