Carol T Allen, I will see if I can find the batch with the records. We have a few records that looks like indexes. The pages that states the names and towns and page numbers. This is usually baptist records, but cannot say for sure if we do not have the actual record.
If you can make a screenshot of the record (typed or written) I can perhaps tell you .
Will come back soon

If the Record has the words (Aangekomen, Aagenomen, or Voorgestel) They are Church Membership records. Even though sometimes in the remarks column overleden(Deceased) is written.

Based on those words that James has listed, they must be Church Membership Records.
They probably are somewhere in this book:

I first thought Deaths but they have to be membership records - death names included.

James, thanks for your input, you are correct, this is a church membership.
Melissa, thank you for the link, I haven't worked with a shared batch before. I would like you to guide me through so I can learn more. You are very helpful :)
Wow, this record is very challenging! It will take a long while to figure everything out. As I've said in my previous answers to someone, some of these South African records are not easy to do. You have to know Afrikaans language to be able to do these ones.
Carol T Allen, if you'd like I will gladly help you indexing/reviewing this page, because it will take a while to figure it out like weather the member is new to, or leaving the church. Maye Melissa can help us to change the batch over to me?
