Problem loading search results in Research
I was using FamilySearch last night (4/10/2023) and things were just fine well into the early morning (Chicago time). However, after I logged in, the results of my search (one I have done before) would not load. The results page seemed as though it would load - it was doing that simply pulsing it does when it searches. But this time, the pulsing just went on and on and on - no results at all.
I have cleared my cache. I've restarted Chrome. I've rebooted my computer. No joy. Help?
These are my computer, Windows 11, and Chrome information:
Windows 11 Home, version 22H2, Build: 22621.1485
Computer: HP 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz 2.42 GHz
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
RAM: 32.0 GB (31.6 GB usable)
1G free space
I'm using Google Chrome, Version: 112.0.5615.50 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Thanks in advance - so much!

@JustAHistorian You did not specify what kind of search you are doing, but we have had others report similar problems when trying to load search results in Historical Records. Unfortunately, we are not able to replicate the issue. You have done the usual computer housekeeping on a supported operating system and up-to-date browser. That leaves us wondering if you use a VPN or if you have some browser add-on that is slowing things down and not letting your search results load.

My wife and I have seen this issue too. When it happens, it happens for both of us on two different computers. It is most often on Sunday evenings, and it has always eventually started working again with no intervention on our part. Other features of familysearch.org continue to work normally.
I assume it is due to overload on the server that handles historical record searches.
If anyone is aware of something a user can do to improve this, please let my know, otherwise, I hope the server gets an upgrade soon.
