When messaging someone we need the ID number back
It used to be when you messaged someone about a person that their name and ID number appeared in the title so that all you had to do was click on it and it would take you to their record page. Now all you get is the name and nothing happens when you click on it. There could be literally hundreds of people with that name. Got to have at least the ID number but best yet is click on it and it takes you to their page. Thank you.

In my messages I just click on the name with no id # and it goes right to that person. It use to not but yesterday I tried just on the name and it went there! Maybe try again on just name. Hope that helped.

Absolutely needed as OlerMARSHALYNN1 has said. There are often many people with the same name and dates but the ID takes us to the correct person.
