When project instructions are inconsistent have FH re-contact the data owner

I'm working on reviewing BLM land tract records. Some batches [designated by letter codes] have conflicting instructions regarding which of the wanted "latest" dates are NOT to be entered. Instead of using the default approach of just blindly following the customer-specified instructions (which are in conflict, and will ultimately result in an unhappy customer), it would make the most sense for the FH staff to approach the customer and clarify what is wanted. In the end the results are consistent and the customer's expectations are all fulfilled.
