Where is my family tree?
Why can I no longer find the family tree I had previously created? Sadly, I have to admit, It has been quite some time since I have been on your site. I continue to get emails, almost daily, so my account appears to be active/available. However, I am not able to access information from those emails. I also am not able to access the main website I had tagged in my favorites from years ago. I get an error message every time. I had to do a web search to get to this page. I was able to log in, but there is nothing available. My tree is gone, search capacity is non existent. This website in the past was very user friendly, it no longer appears to be so. I hope you can contact me to direct me to where my previous tree is or if I (sadly) have to create a new tree from scratch and where I can search for my ancestors. Thank you in advance. Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Sincerely, Melissa Z

@Melissa Z, you can go to the main FS site from here by clicking the tree-and-name at the top left. It'll open https://www.familysearch.org/en/ in a new tab.
From what your Community profile says -- that you just created the account today -- you will not be seeing your previous entries of living people (including yourself) in Family Tree, because you're not signed in with the same account. (Profiles for living people are only visible to the account that entered them.)
At the right on the page where you're reading this, there is a FamilySearch Help category of "FamilySearch Account". I suggest you check there: I'm sure others have asked about recovering a previous account, and the answers to their questions should help you with yours. (But if searching or browsing don't turn up something useful, feel free to ask again. The worst that can happen is that a moderator combines your question with someone else's.)
