Consistancy
In the Persons Details page, the View Tree (+symbol) is shown on the Left side, with the View Relationship (+symbol) shown to the Right side. However, when I click a person's name on that page and a new box comes up, on the bottom of the new box the View Relationship (+symbol) is on the Left and the View Tree (+symbol) is now to the Right side.
This is confusing, suggest making these consistent.

I have been reviewing the Bureau of Land Management Tracts. There is a problem with date consistency. I have called Utah several times to make sure I am on the right track. Most "Projects" say the most recent date should be indexed and that's true. However, when indexing the "Tracts", under "What to Index", the 9th bullet specifically says that the "Date of Sale'" should be indexed and your consultants agreed. Another example with the "Dr" notation shows the "Date of Patent" as the date to be indexed. About 50 % of indexers use these dates correctly The rest are indexing all over the map and it's quite frustrating. I can understand the inconsistency because in the past I have struggled with it too.
Now you have really confused the issue by placing a "Banner" on the opening page before the "Tract" comes up, stating "Please index the most recent date except when it is the relinquished or cancelled date. This is only going to make matters worse. Now the "Date of Sale" will be totally disregarded. Please clear up this matter so more time isn't spent trying to guess the proper dates. There clearly need to be consistency in your instructions.
