Doing some sleuthing again, I find the same image in Images here

You will see that the Image Group Data indicates the image as Washington, United States, Land Record type. In your image in the BY WHOM PATENTED column you will see the abbreviation Van. and lower bottom record lines actually spell out what I believe is the place - Vancouver, Washington, United States 5278863.

It says on the image collection's Search> Images link (the first link) - and you get the DGS from the indexing - Batch> About Batch menu.
