I had been updating information for my grandmother's siblings (including photos) but suddenly one of them is listed as unavailable ("This person does not exist, has been removed, or is restricted in FamilySearch."). This person died in 1916, so it isn't a privacy issue. (The individual in question is Willem Gerardus Rupke LBF8-7G5)

    @Chris Ellens

    This happens when your account times out or your internet experiences slowness. Try refreshing your screen and make sure you are still logged in to FamilySearch and you have solid internet service.

    It's certainly not an internet connection problem -- I can navigate to other individuals (e.g. the siblings of the individual in question) without any problem.

    I think it might be a bug in the software. Looks like it's only the popup that's broken:

    But the actual URL (https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/LBF8-7G5) still works fine.

    This is a very intermittent problem that the programmers are aware of and are trying to track down. They have said it is being difficult to figure out what is going on because it is so intermittent and temporary. It comes and goes at random. When this happens you can generally still get to the person you want by going to a sibling's page first or to the other parent then going to the person. Or by using the Recent menu.

    This has been discussed here: https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/140526/error-when-click-on-a-persons-name#latest

    In summary: they are aware of the bug and are doing their best to find and fix it.
