When trying to access an image of a census for a particular town in MA, I am advised that I cannot access this image with my current browser ( Firefox) and that I should update my browser. The suggestions you then give me contain Firefox. What do you suggest I do, to enable viewing the census page if I already use Firefox?

Is your version of Firefox up-to-date? (3 bars/hamburger menu in the toolbar, then help, then about Firefox)

If it is fully updated, try clearing your cache and FamilySearch cookies, closing Firefox, and reopening, before trying again.

3 bars/hamburger menu in the toolbar, then help, etc. : What the heck is that supposed to mean?

That's how you check to see what version of Firefox you are using. If it is not up-to-date, it may not display properly.
