Why does my Aunt Ardys Anne Mason show that her Sealing to Parents is available to request.

Can anyone help me with this:
See Ardys Anne Mason GSRM-HZC. Her Sealing to Parents ordinance shows it can be requested with permission.
I don't understand why this is needed because she was born in the covenant. Both of her parents, Ambrose Stanton Mason and Neoma Ostermann Thorup were married in the temple in 1930. My father is Ardys's brother, and he was born in the covenant.
I'm not questioning the available Sealing to Spouse ordinances.
