Question regarding temple work for Anna Beach (MZW4-17L)

The record shows Anna Beach was born and died the same year (1774) but it also shows her married to Warren Beach, and having 2 children. Because of the date indicating she died before the age of 8, there has been no ordinances done for her except sealings to parents, spouse, and children. I don't have any information to correct the dates, but shouldn't she have the baptism, confirmation, initiatory and endowment ordinances performed?
