I do not know the person that contributed the information. I have messaged that person but heard nothing

You can get FS staff's assistance in making this change. Go to the profile's Details page, find the Death conclusion in the Vitals box, and click the edit/pencil next to it. Click the radio button for "Living", click Save, type in how you know she's alive (such as "she's my aunt, and I just spoke with her on [date]"), then click Submit. How long the request takes to go through depends on the workload, but in my experience, it's less than a week.

If you need more help, please see How do I change the status from deceased to living in Family Tree?
