Permission to do ordinances

I wish to submit the name of a deceased member of my ward for whom I was ministering brother. Sister Cheryl Gertrude Hale (Family Tree ID KWK6-LJ8) who died on September 30, 2022 requested that I submit her name for temple ordinances and that my wife and I shepherd her information through the process.

I have a signed permission document from her oldest son (attached).
