Shared with Group and Now Can't Do Endowment

I shared John James Swails with one of my shared groups. Somehow the endowment is no longer available in the shared group, nor can I un-share it from the list. It has me as the sharer, not the one reserving. The one showing reserved, is the one who shared with temple.
Is there anyway to fix this as the expiration date is 26 August 2023? I have an individual who is wanting to do the work.
