How did the work get done for my reserved family members?

I had two family members reserved. They do not expire for another couple months. I signed on to print one before a session and I got a notification that the work had been done for them and another ancestor I had reserved. How does this happen? Did I reserve them wrong? Why bother reserving if they aren't actually reserved?

Hi Welcome to FamilySearch Community and posting your question about reserved ordinances. First, it is hard to provide an answer since you didn't provide the names and PIDs for those you had ordinances reserved for. One way this can happen is if there are duplicate records that get merged. Be glad to look more if you provide names and PID. Thanks.
