If temple work has been done for an ancestor, why is there an option to reserve it again?

Please see the attached picture. I have a number of ancestors with this situation where the work was done quite a while ago, but there is an option for me to reserve the sealing to parents.

It has now been corrected for the person mentioned above, but there are other siblings in this family group who have the same issue. Is there a way to resolve it or someone to contact?
