How do I get a reservation from 2017 released so I can do the ordinance.
I am Eva's Family History Consultant and have been helping her with this problem. She doesn't have a computer or cell phone set up and so she depends on me for help. We have written to the person who has the ordinance reserved since 2017 with no response.

the name of Eva-s cousin is Thomas Selman Pid # MD66-HL3. Eva is ready for my husband to do the Endowment, but the Sealing to parents is reserved by another in 2017. We have written her a message three times, and gotten no response.

it looks like someone else has it reserved - and their reservation will expire in December 2023

Hi - Welcome to FamilySearch Community and posting your question about ordinance reservations. We note that the E and SP have been reserved by another person and the reservations are valid, set to expire at the end of the year. You can email or message the person holding the reservations and ask if they will release the ordinances to you. The other alternative is to wait until the expiration date. To message the person, just click on their name by the ordinances reserved and send a message. Hope this help.
