Help! I can't seal grandmother because a 2nd cousin is holding it
I'm helping a friend who would desperately like to seal her grandmother, or at the least see the work be done. Currently a 2nd cousin has it in their reservations. My friend has had nice messages back and forth and the cousin has agreed to let the reservation go, but unfortunately, they won't follow through with un-reserving the name. They have actually extend the time they can have it in their reservations.
Is there anything you can do to help move the process along?
