Future Shared Distribution

Is it saying that as it is now, the ordinances are shared ONLY with the district but that in the future they will be shared around the WORLD??? If so, how long until the future arrives?

They also said the same thing in 2021 or 2022 and we still don't have the shared list across all temples, yet. Be patient. They will not tell us a date to expect it. When it is ready they will tell us, so we wait.
