Can anyone tell me where to go in Trzebnica to find records of family who lived there before 1939 when it was part of Germany?

If 1393 is not a typo, then the answer is probably "nowhere": I doubt that any records were created about individual people or families that far back. (No, not even necessarily about royalty: there are countless examples from that period where we know "this king married that king's daughter", but nobody ever wrote down the daughter's name.)
