My parents temple sealing isn’t attached to their names

My parents were sealed in the Salt Lake temple June 9, 1975. However, that information isn’t attached to either of them. My dad Jerry Rick Carter (LN7T-XYY), my mom is Karen Crosby LN7T-XYZ.

I am wanting to do the temple work for my moms parent’s and to have my mom sealed to them. Please update the information.
