Indexing US-Bureau of Land Management Tract Books
There is a form that keeps coming up that there is no instruction as to what to do with them. Do we mark them as no extractable data or just send them back

You should share the batch code to get the best answer to your question. The batch code is the series of letters and numbers in brackets after the project title. Not all documents that need to be indexed always have an example.

The batch included 25 identical documents so my indexing was exactly the same on each page.

Some tines I have been accused of not reading the instructions.. A batch looks pretty strait forward to an experienced indexer.
BUT: on this indexing project, 99.99% of those indexing did N O T look at the example. I have been guilty also.
DATE OF THE EVENT; Usually is N O T the easy to read,,, first date you see beside the name,,,,, It is usually near the far right of the screen,,, scribbled among other information,,,, there maybe several dates !!
