Dismiss Research Help once it is attached
Previously when I would attach or dismiss a Research Help (suggestion) it would disappear from the list once I attached it. I find this is no longer the case and I end up repeating a lot of steps instead of moving on to the next hint.

That shouldn't happen. Either you've stumbled on a bug, or you're dealing with indexed records that look the same but aren't.

Is the research help suggestion still there if you refresh the page or go back to the person and open the research help page again?

Yes. I’ve refreshed. It must be a bug. When I switch to the new descendant beta version, they are not there.

@kathysampogna1 I am sorry it has taken me a bit to reply. Is this happening in all of your hints or is there a specific one that won't go away? Can you attach a screen shot or a link for the problem hint?

It was just happening with some of the hints. I spent last week in the new descendant version and when I switched back this week they were gone.😊

I answered too soon. Now one of them is back. I open the individual from the Tree view.
I think I figured out why they are not disappearing from this individual. The source is incorrectly attached to two different people and it was really wanting me to clarify and detach one of them. I verified a marriage complete with parents and was able to distinguish the correct person to leave the resources attached to. I am currently detaching them from the other person. There were numerous children so it will take some time.
