Missing information in FamilySearch

After completing all of the ordinances for my brother, Henry David Lee, they are now missing from Family Search. Would it be possible to restore the information? Harry Jameson Lee, Jr. 97VZ-1YT

In 2014, it looks like you deleted this record.

I restored the record and merged it with the duplicate of him in his family. The current PID is K2YM-QCK and shows the ordinances on this card.
